Amy Dokken is an accomplished product designer with a unique balance of creative and technical expertise, coupled with a strong background in marketing, photography, product development, print and web design.

Amy began her career over 14 years ago with a small-yet-mighty toy company called Manhattan Toy. When she first started, the company was growing very quickly which allowed her the opportunity to jump right in and learn every facet of the design and manufacturing process. Over the years, her experience and expertise expanded to include everything from intellectual property, project management, package and product design, print work, marketing, product development, photography, overseas manufacturing and sourcing.
When her husband was transferred to Brussels, Belgium, Amy left Manhattan Toy and decided to strike out on her own. The new environment reawakened her passion for art, photography and cultural studies. It also gave her the opportunity to dive more deeply into website design and development expanding her new business offerings.
Amy continued to do freelance work for Manhattan Toy, and took on new clients in product development, photography, graphic & web design, and sourcing. And her business grew.
Back in Minneapolis since July 2009, Amy founded CreaSource, Inc. and continues to work with many of her global clients while expanding her consulting, design, and photography business in the U.S.—and, as always, extending her skills and looking for new challenges. Her clientele includes a diverse array of businesses and organizations, both large and small. From logos to products to brochures to websites, she enjoys the creative challenge, working directly with her clients, and pushing herself to produce the best work possible.
